Miniature Wunderland
I've been meaning to write this up for some time now; so here is.
In Hamburg I visited the worlds largest model railroad. The layout covers 4000sq Meters. With around 9000 meters of track; and approx 250000 LED lights. Every 45 mins the layout goes through one day cycle.
Before I arrived I called ahead to schedule a English behind-the-scenes tour. upon arrival I found at that I was the only person on the tour. My tour guide was the person charge of the American section of the layout and also the author of the article on the layout that appeared in the Model Railroader Magazine a couple years ago. I would highly recommend taking the tour; you get to see a number of stuff that the general public miss out (like almost all of the ~35 "lovers" hidden through-out, or the superheros)
Well this about ends my writing part. From on it'll be pictures with captions. Here is the complete album:

Been a while.
I kinda got off the giving updates mind set; so I'm trying to catch up. If you've poked around my picassa lately you'd have noticed there are some new albums up. So here goes with the updates:
Amsterdam:
Spent some time in Amsterdam; it was a very nice city. saw some museums and such, hung out with a bunch of various people from the hostel. Saddly there weren't that many outlets @ the hostel so most of the time my camera was dead.
Hamburg:
Just a couple pics from arround Hamburg. Hamburg was either really hot & muggy or rainging so not much sightseeing was done. I did go and see the "Modelbahn Wunderland" which I will talk more about in a later post.
Berlin:
Two albums; #1 is of my first night there. Pictures of Check Point Charlie @ night.
#2 is a combind album of the other days; Most of which is pictures of the zoo.
Small album; Night Train.
I took a night train from Hamburg to Vienna; didn't take too many pictures along the way, probably because I was sleeping. There is one picture in the album of a building in Vienna; from my first day there.
Feel free to comment! or contact me!
